i enjoyed the diverse dishes at dinner. the restaurant offered a warm and inviting setting. i found the water stations on each floor very convenient. the hotel provided a clean environment throughout my stay.
the hairdryer in my room did not function properly. i could not dry my hair.

the hotel was clean and cozy. its location is near wawel and relatively close to the city centre.
the restaurant was closed every night. there wasn't even an option to get a drink of water bought bottles from a shop. the staff couldn't even provide a bottle opener because the restaurant was closed. the tv only had one channel that was not english.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. The coffee was also really good. The restaurant offered various dishes, all presented beautifully and bursting with flavors. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel was clean and cozy. I had access to excellent public transport connections, including the bus and tram lines to major sites. The room was warm. It had good shower facilities and nice decor.
